Terms

  1. Customs: The customer is responsible for all import licenses, duties, and customs clearance.

  2. Shipment: Products will be shipped within the time period specified in the quotation. The customer will be notified of any unusual delay out of ExpressParts-USA's control. Typical delivery time is 10-15 working days for air parcel and five for express mail/courier service. ExpressParts-USA is not responsible for freight delays

  3. Prices: The prices shown or quoted are subject to change without any notice and while products are in stock.

  4. Payment methods: Cash in advance, wire transfer, or debit to an international credit card account, all in US dollars. Please provide complete credit card information (name, address, card type, and expiration date) and sign the proforma invoice/quotation.

  5. Warranty: ExpressParts-USA warrants that all new parts, accessories, and supplies sold will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period established by the respective manufacturer, but not less than 30 (thirty) days. If notified of such defects during the warranty period, ExpressParts-USA will, at its option, repair, exchange or refund products which prove to be defective. Replacement products may be either new or like-new. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, or negligence. Warranty claims must be made by email, telephone or fax. The shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging (SHIP) costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs of return of the defective products to ExpressParts-USA.  Preowned or refurbished parts, accessories, and supplies are sold in "as is" condition, without any warranties or representations, express or implied, or any kind whatsoever.

  6. Limitations: ExpressParts-USA's liability under the warranty is limited to repair, replace, or refund the new parts, accessories, and supplies sold.  The remedies in this warranty statement are the sole and exclusive remedies of the customer.  In no event shall ExpressParts-USA be liable for consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused by ExpressParts-USA's negligence or fault.

  7. Returns: Nothing can be returned without prior authorization and a return goods authorization number (RGA#) from ExpressParts-USA. Returned goods must be shipped by air or courier service, fully insured and prepaid, to ExpressParts-USA.

  8. Shipment Damages: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to the carrier and ExpressParts-USA. ExpressParts-USA is not responsible for damages not reported in time and, therefore, not covered by shipping insurance.
