ExpressParts-USA warrants that all new parts, accessories, and supplies sold will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period established by the respective manufacturer, but not less than 30 (thirty) days. If notified of such defects during the warranty period, ExpressParts-USA will, at its option, repair, exchange or refund products which prove to be defective. Replacement products may be either new or like-new. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, or negligence. Warranty claims must be made by email, telephone or fax. The shipping, handling, insurance, and packaging (SHIP) costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs of return of the defective products to ExpressParts-USA. Preowned or refurbished parts, accessories, and supplies are sold in "as is" condition, without any warranties or representations, express or implied, or any kind whatsoever. ExpressParts-USA's liability under the warranty is limited to repair, replace, or refund the new parts, accessories, and supplies sold. The remedies in this warranty statement are the sole and exclusive remedies of the customer. In no event shall ExpressParts-USA be liable for consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused by ExpressParts-USA's negligence or fault.
